It's a German Ford.

Cologne V6 engines spanned 1.8 - 4.0 litres

German  I stand corrected.

Paging W.T.Claim Esq and Master M.Mad5. Is there any space by your place if I end up with the crock of shite?

Does anyone else remember a beer commercial on TV from the late 1980s, where a Mk 2 Jag is being restored, when the blokes working on it get a call from the owner who's changed their mind and wants a racing version instead (or vice versa, can't remember, I was about 8 at the time). Cue montage sequence of things being unbolted, sparks flying, sanding down of panels etc before the reveal of a 'souped up' version. Said gents then head off to the pub and just after they've left the 'phone rings again.....

No chance this is the same one, eh?

I was thinking of that ad the other day! I'm sure it was a Rover P4 though?

Do it, Pete! That Taunus positively smells of you already, you need it! :D *

*Easy for me to say from over here...

'THERES LOADS OF KIDS THATD KILL FOR THIS AT THEIR PARTY, EVERYWHERE YOU GO KIDS ARE SCREAMING AT THEIR PARENTS ' LOOK LOOK, ITS LIGHTNING'

'EVERYONE LOVES IT'

Err, yeah, about that :roll::lol:

That CX is lush.

The Taunus is wayyyy too close to hitting what I think it's worth and still has plenty of time on it so that has bit the dust.

This is gorgeous.

Filmed at the Vicarage Motor Company IIRC.

I do like this. Probably the only four door I've ever seen that i've liked.

This looks about right for the money too.

I do like this. Probably the only four door I've ever seen that doesn't look like it was made in 1998 by Warren T Claim out of a beige 1.1 pop plus

The boost is set at around 12.5 and with the large intercooler and the use of super unleaded it's quite safe there and very fast, we suspect around 205/210 bhp

That'll do

It is a shame that it hasn't got the original wheels fitted

While it would be a surprise for Area Sales Manager William Large-Testicles to see a Montego in his Audi A4's rear view mirror, as my parents owned two of these I fear something ghastly could happen at any moment..........

^ It'll be even more awesome if it was a seven seater. Imagine the look on a Scooby owners face as hes tailing you at 130mph and your 5 year olds waving back at him

As is this, though the woeful description and shit photographs won't help....

In fact I think if you moved the modern motors nearby it'd look like some of shitty picture taken by a drunken relative in 1973.

Heaven, apparantly...
