I'd hit that!!! 2 times

These 1800cc Audis are meant to be rare as fook, but this is the second one i've seen on E.BAY in as many weeks, plus I own one too so they cant be that rare... Hope its solid round the filler pipe, they all seem to go there.

P.S that numberplate is GR9 4 PPL FRM DA BLACK COUNTRY.

There are some C3 Audi 100's on a Y plate.

That minty Talbot Alpine is currently at £4,500

Fantastic!

Would all that crylic text indicate that its a legal runner that might make it to the end of the main road (or maybe to Scotland)?

I'm sure Google Translate can resolve that. Let's see:

Ah the Eagle SS - what a shitey contraption - a mate and I went halves on one in the early 90's - we kept it for around 2 weeks and flogged it on for a profit to a mate of ours that was a nightclub bouncer - bloody horrendous thing but he seemed to like posing around in it

Both of us were about 6 feet tall and neither of us could get the driving position right.

Mind you, ours was in pretty decent nick and had a brand new engine and decent alloys too

You needed long arms like a gorilla to reach the wheel, short legs to get to the pedals and a stumpy body to stop twatting your head on the bolts that keeps those gull wing doors secured.

If you drag your knuckles and are slightly smaller stature this might be the car for you?

If I were to be a pedantic knob (which I am) I would like to point out several discrepancies on that car that lead me to surmise that a true Talbot enthusiast hasn't restored it.

1. The Mk1s never had a 'T' badge on the front grille...always the Chrysler Pentastar.

2. The steering wheel boss would also have had the Chrysler Pentastar not the red 'T'

3. The Talbot badge on the boot is on the wrong side and should be a narrower script like the one on the bonnet. That one dates from 1981 onwards.

4. The GL badge on the boot is just wank. It should be a black and silver rectangular badge with 'ALPINE GL' on it. Also it should be on the boot right, not left.

5. Leather wasn't ever an option. That car would have originally had grey 'Chevron' cloth trim which basically disintegrated after a few months in the sun. Just some plain grey velour would have looked 100X better.

6. The foglights look a bit crap.

7. £4500??!!

...but I would still buy it!!

And also:

nice girl seemed pleased with car,(lovely long hair) small feet .

Left by same person who also happens to be local to her.

Looks more like feedback manipulation.

I'm sure this is the car from traffic cops but I can't find a picture or clip to prove it - anyone?

(With apologies to Reg_Bo11ox who is a Dreamweaver, Visionary, Plus Actor)

It had been a number of years since the divorce, but it still felt like yesterday. It was the last thing he wanted, but when your wife is sleeping with your brother, ultimately you end up backed into a corner. The pub was fairly busy for a Tuesday night. Regulars were chatting and laughing, whilst the muted sound of the Bee Gees played distantly in the background. Within the warm surroundings, Donald looked somewhat out-of-place, slouched over his pint of John Smiths and picking idly at a packet of Salt and Vinegar crisps. In fact, he appeared to be the only loner in this sociable pub, sat at the bar watching the BBC News on the small television. Suddenly, the group of smokers in the doorway parted and the large door creaked open. Donald let his attention drift there, expecting to see another of the usual clientele; a tarty "bingo mum", a tradesman, an elderly gent. However, the sight which greeted him was entirely unexpected. A youthful, petite figure emerged from the smoke to reveal a beautiful - almost porcelain - complexion, long dark hair framing her gentle, angelic eyes. She wore a simple, yet figure-hugging black dress. Looking around nervously, she hesitantly moved to the bar. Setting her bag down, their eyes met, causing her to look away shyly. In a brief moment of bravery, Donald looked back, cracked a weak half-smile and
