How long did the process take? I'm just wondering whether I should get my toupee sent by EMS or SAL.

I don`t think it takes a death squad long to burn a home down, suppose it depends on the amount of combustible materials within.

I'll bear that in mind when I burn your place down, I imagine all those carefully cut-out "Striker" comics from The Sun won't take long to go up.

I'm somewhat relieved that I dont seem to be following the same - hair as - maternal - grandparent theory. Mine was bald as a coot by his early 20s, and I've so far managed to reach age 30 with my barnet more or less intact. No doubt a hairless future awaits, hopefully not for a while however.

hair loss is not an issue I have had to contend with thankfully, but if it goes, it goes.............

My thoughts exactly - however I am very grey - this annoys the wife who wants me to use grecian 2000 on it or something of that ilk. I refuse. If she is that bothered I shall shave the lot off.

I get mortified every time I have a haircut as to how much grey hair is surrounding the chair.... I'm only 30 ffs!On a day to day basis I make sure there's a high enough level of general filth (engine oil, bits of scotch egg, soil) in my hair to disguise the grey though. Cheaper than dying it.

Im very grey and its now starting to leave me , but then im nearly 46 so cant complain

Nothing wrong with being a bit thin up top! I like to think of it as Autoshite hair - because I can maintain it myself by running clippers over it every week or so then I don't have to go to some fancy barbers and pay someone to cut it...

Can you still buy those home trimmers you used to see in the Sunday papers? The ones with a razor blade embedded in a comb. Gr8 for 70s feather cuts.

I developed a receeding hairline when I was in the last year at school, back in '96. It stabilised in 2000 and hasnt got any worse since. No worries. Bit of grey though, and when I grow a beard its ginger. Might get some just for men.

Hairloss? Pah!

Simple solution...

Works for me. :)

Paid for itself after 4 haircuts, that was about 4 years ago.

Think I'm going bald. I have this concern every so often. My dad was very bald in his early 20s, so I have reason to worry. Might just glue some bits of carpet to my head.

Apparently, hair 'issues' are always inherited from the maternal side of the family. I can personally attest to this, as Fatha_duke's dad had an impressively thick head of hair right up until he died at about 154 yrs old. I started thinning in my late 20s, and photographic evidence would suggest that my maternal relatives have all suffered a similar fate.
Both sides grandparents were bald on top, and maternal uncle was the same. Brother is 'patchy' but I am not even receding. Think it's genetics, 3/4 ratio.

I'd rather go bald than have a receding hairline....I've got a lovely thick thatch with two shiny bits at the front, fucking pointless. It's like baldness arrived, did a quote and only did half the job. So I have two choices when it comes to a "style".....skinhead/thug, or Sideshow Bob.....

Sodding ASUS motherboards. That's the second one I've had thats pegged it the last 4 weeks. Gigashite ones are scarcely any better, and the only other ones I can source locally in a hurry ar MSI, which are shit.BAH!

I didn't understand that at all?Am I alone?Probably.(Shuffles off)

Radio clocks:I've got an apparently radio controlled clock above my bench so I can check my work. It seems to be quite tricky to find a digital electical clock that displays seconds but this one does. Anyhow, every night it goes into a tizzy at midnight for about 10 minutes when I think it is updating its time, or at least trying to. This isn't normally a problem except when occasionally when I'm working late when it is a bit annoying. But today for some reason its decided to loose an hour. I have no idea why. Flicking the daylight savings time switch on the bottom has made no difference though I fail to understand why it needs such a thing anyway if it checks the time from some radio source. Why is modern shit so unreliable

I've always found them pretty decent. Have had 3 of them and run them for a total of about 10 years and no problems other than crappy vista drivers for the wireless. Agree on MSI being crap though.

I have to say that I also don't suffer from a receding hairline.........It's turning white at the edges though :( but it's still half way down my back :D and I've also got the ginger beard syndrome .....hay ho

Got one of those and a watch version - didn't have any problems at all until they decided to move the time signal transmitter from a nice central location like Daventry, to somewhere in the Lake District. The watch lost an hour and didnt update for a week, and the other clock doesn't always get the full signal as it use to.

No hair loss problems here but advanced signs of greying. One trip to the chemist, one box of 'Just For Men' and ten minutes later my hair looks the result of an explosion in a gravy factory. Win.Something to be grumpy about?Trolls.

HMV......... Recorded music shop right? No Focus, No PWEI, No "Hot Club de Paris" (Rheinhardt/Grappelli) No copy of Chopin's "Heroic" Polonaise that isn't on a compilation of Richard Claydermans Greatest hits...... Just contrived synthi-pop. Utterly disappointed, and I feel discriminated against for having taste and preference to unique musical stylings. Wankers.

Is this in Doncaster? Track Records used to be ok, is it not around anymore?
