The thing that's interesting about the word is that it can be heard a lot, but 99% of the time it's a black person saying it. What's that about then?

Odious little slug  - or was that one of the witness descriptions of his endowment?

 

In other words, oh I don't know, but there's lot more to be getting worked up about than offensive words. Actions can be a lot worse, and it seems that it's taken an awfully long time for any politician to do anything about FGM in the UK,  and schoolgirls being kidnapped for sex in Nigeria, while being quite happy to waffle on about their own little coalition squabbles.

It is right that the people decided to stand up against the Goverment and decide thier own future, but as I said, it's just a shame that its turned into this long-standing war where no one seems to agree what will happen. It's certainly got me worried. I have family out there.

 

What Arabs don't seem to understand (I am one before anyone gets offended) is that you simply cannot please everyone. Not everyone will agree with the Government/who rules them and so you can't always have it your way. The man in the street want one representive, then another street man want someone else, so they start a little war, this is what has happend in Algeria, Egypt and what will happen in Syria.

Not quite right, Winterval was used as the collective name for all council sponsored events from November to January in Birmingham for 2 years without any hassle till the London media had a slow news day and went all PC on it.

Syria is grim. As LS says, they all seem as bad as each other. Atrocities on both sides, yet we're picking sides again. Because that's been a successful strategy so far hasn't it?

 

Nigeria is also pretty grim. One spin off that's pissed me off is the rage for attractive (probably) male celebrities holding up signs saying 'real men don't buy women.' Well, you don't have to if you're attractive and famous do you? I find the sex trade pretty abhorrent myself, but having Hollywood stars campaign against it just seems to be taking the piss.

 

Also pissing me off was seeing someone I don't actually know report on social media that their car had been stolen. One of her friends suggested voting UKIP! WTF?! How does voting for ANYONE make it less likely that your car will be stolen? That's what terrifies me about voting. Stupid people are allowed to do it.

Some twat drove into the side of Mrs. Imps car the other day. Thing is, she was in it. He got out and denied everything and drove off. She got his plate but it was only a minor scratch and not worth the bother of a claim TBH. She would probably have left it but he was so much of a twat about it I think its probably worth pursuing or getting his address somehow and smashing his car windows with a golf club for a laugh right in front of him and then denying it happened.

 

I am oping for the 2nd choice if possible. My golf clubs dont get much use these days. Would be good to dust off the cobwebs.
