JT Wades at Winwick Quay

G&E salvage Haydock ( Mallys)

Both absolutely lethal but fun places

Do they have at least 3 German Shepherd dogs covered in oil and grease?

No,they had the 2.3 16v engine .

My dad bought 1 of those 2.6's from new after a BMW dealer down the road refused switch wheels onto a new 535i sport he wanted, also new..

Thought the later ones went to 2.6 16v for more umph ( like the RS500 cosy) homologation special.

That was a 2.5 16v four-cylinder.  The 2.6 was the same straight-six as the W124 260E.

911s in a scrapyard - wow!

You’d preferably have at least two alsatians to guard them…

On @motorpunk’s point about ones you can still wonder around and remove parts yourself, I believe Harry Bucklands in Cheltenham is still like this.

I have photos of Bucklands and Bridges in Pease Pottage from the late 1980s somewhere, will see if I can dig them out.

May be a bit late though wheres this yard? Just thought the best way to sort the cataracts out on the Berlingo would be to fit an early front end.
