All the spec you'll ever need AND doom blue. It's perfect. Imagine the absolute SHAME of being given this as a rep in 1990! G-plate must be an early one?

Reminds me of that maroon one that was languishing  in that abandoned dealership for years. I think that was a 1.4?

Clive Padget of Padget Motorcycles still had a few brand new ones in crates some time back. He rolled one out for an NEC bike show one year and IIRC was asking about this kind of momey for one then. Don’t think any sold, but if he’s still got them I’d guess he’d be asking quite a bit more now.  Rumour was he has all sorts of new unregistered crated bikes, including old GP 500 race bikes.

Not rumours. He does. I know someone who bought one of the new in crate 250lc’s from him, he put it next to his new in the crate Honda RC30 in his living room.

I really like Aerodecks, through I prefer the generation prior (no idea on model codes don't ask). This one seems to have had a bad windscreen for a few years. I guess they simply don't exist anymore. Shame, MOT history suggests its better than average condition (granted with caveats)

Its probably wrong of me to like that (a lot) however I must draw attention to the sellers description

340cc 4 stroke engine,electric start,seat belts,heater.

And now I must draw attention to the said heater:

One of those shitty 12V plug in things that chucks out about as much hot air as a wounded elks breath.
Given the totally open nature of this vehicle I imagine it is about as much use as tits on a fish

I haven't done one of these ebay trawls for a good 5 years, if not more, but I'm amazed I'm still finding Rover 416s with minimal miles. Did the Giffers buy them in the thousands and just refuse to use them? Will they be showing up forever?

Hard agree. That is flippin lovely. I don't think £7k is totally unrealistic, maybe a bit high but just look at it!

If they are metric wheels then tyres are NLA.
