In all honesty for a first "skim" of filler that's pretty easily repairable. My concern would be it's a lot of filler near a flexible part of the door, ie the movement of the handle could cause it to crack quite easily. 

It's like filling bonnets, they look alright for a bit but any constant flexing can give a lot of issues.

It’s a massive pet hate of mine just how many totally shit and ugly (often dangerous as well) cafe racers have been made out of perfectly good motorcycles
