Fuck.

That’s close to me.

And pocket money.

And I appear to have just messaged him.

Fuck.

Fortunately, he messaged me back saying someone else was viewing it tonight, and hasn’t got back to me since. So hopefully I have dodged a self-inflicted bullet. 🤣

Would it be legal in the UK to put any significant loading on that?

It depends on what the max weight is on the chassis plate. Apparently it weighs ca. 3.4t unladen so as a minimum you need a C1 licence and restricted O licence for anything other than private use.

I would love to take that on.

I was wondering how you secure the vehicle on the back, as there doesn't appear to be any tiedown points, but then I saw the ratchet mechanism between the ramps and underneath the cab over part. I'm assuming they attach straps to the axles of the carried vehicle.

THIS NEEDS TRANSPORTING, NOT DRIVING AWAY, (It could be driven if you know what your doing), I have had this bus for quite a few years now, it has had no MOT for a couple of years now, it is a class 4 MOT, so you can drive it with a normal driving Licence and drive it as a motorhome, (not a bus you need a different Licence to convert it back to a bus) it has been stood for 3 year without use, The Cummins engine has not even done a quarter of a million miles yet, which for a bus is nothing that has been on the bus routes in the 80's 90's and 00's, I drove it 8 miles back home under controlled conditions after being stored and welded towards getting it through the MOT, there were issues with the gearbox in which i expected with the vehicle being stood for so long, the Allison's automatic gearbox could do with a reconditioning (or may be a quick fix if you know what you are doing)  I'm not an expert so I don't know, the air for the brakes builds up perfect and the brakes are fine for a while, although the brakes worked for most of that journey and the air built up, I did have issue with the brakes and had to brake with the handbrake once, due to no effect on pressing the brakes,

I believe this is worth between £800 and £1200 for scrap, starts at £500
