@IronStar How much would this be worth in its home country?

Not sure anyone would want an RHD one. Floridas are worth square root of fuckall here - I paid a grand for mine, and I’m still fairly certain that I overpaid.
There’s a rustfree facelift with aircon and 1.6 TU5 engine available right now for 800.

I test drove one almost identical to that (but in better nick) about 20 years ago.  It actually drove quite nicely, but it needed a bit too much work for a test so I left it.  It was about 150 quid I think.

The high capacity didn't appear until about 1982, this did not leave Solihull looking like that. Why not just own up to the fact most grotty old series are bitzas by now?

Volvo 940 Turbo - Picture 1 of 9

Volvo 940 Turbo | eBay

I think that is on the corner of Lancaster Road in Shrewsbury, just up from whatever Pekins Engines is now called.

Seen it a few times on Faceberk marketplace but I’ve resisted posting it on the basis that I wouldn’t willingly lead anyone into buying a car from that end of Lancaster Road.

One of my big regrets in life is having never owned a Frontera

They're nothing special mate, any old jap 4x4 would be better as that's what they're based on.

Having said that my mate had a 3dr version for I think 15 years with no problems ever really.

2.0 8v Vaux motor.

1984 Leyland Double Decker Bus - Picture 1 of 10

1984 Leyland Double Decker Bus | eBay

£3,395.

Know sod all about buses, but it looks like it might be best having the George Clarke treatment and being shoved in a field in Shropshire as a B&B.

No i was trying to be kind. And that's from someone who's not adverse to both lowering or changing wheels.
