Yes, very much so! :)

Almost perfect, shame it's a 1.4 and not a 1.6. imo they're the sweet spot for a 45.

Also a shame it's dog dick red and not one of the nicer dark reds

But that's not important and not a deal breaker, it looks really clean and it's got one of the best MOT histories I've seen for a 45. Poverty spec black trim for the win as well!

I'll keep an eye on it. Might have a bid if it stays cheap!

Am going to go full nerd on this and challenge the usual suspects into telling me if they can find any other examples of a sat nav and cassette player combo.

The Highline sat nav setup on the Rover 75 had a tape player.

What's the score with buying a car from there and registering it on the mainland for normal use 🤔🤔🤔

Some of the vans look very cheap and not totally bored.

Must be some import taxes and so-forth? I am also interested.

As I understand it, 5% import duty then VAT at reduced rate of 5% if it's over 30 yrs old. Then 55 quid to register it. Should be IVA exempt.

Good knowledge thank you.

I was looking at the little vans though...

Register it at a Guernsey for a year, then you can bring it in as a personal import, and pay no duty at all. If it was originally U.K. registered, it’ll say so on the Guernsey V5

Wouldn't one need to live on Guernsey for that?

If it’s registered in your name in Guernsey, I think your chances of getting pulled by plod are remote.

Mind you , at that price it’s not going to cost fortunes to pay the duty! Collected is not going to be cheap though…. Thick end of £300!
