Let me show my reasoning!

The Pantera copy isn't a "new" design per-se, but a reworking of an early 1970s one (arguably a late 1960s one given it debuted in March 1970, and factoring in the time it takes to develop and manufacture something like this).

The Esprit and Corvette both had production runs from 1996 to 2004, so while the Esprit might have the de facto last registration of a car with pop-up lights, you could argue the Corvette was also still available.

The really nit-picky answer would be "probably some half-dead MX-5 that sold 30 seconds ago on Craigslist/Gumtree/ebay/Auto Trader. After all, the question didn't specify it had to be a car being sold new...  >;D

I like the fact it has a spare wheel on the front. No tyre, just a wheel. You can even see the recess where the tyre should be. Fat lot of use that is and possibly illegal due to jagged edge.
