eBay tat volume 3.

The price of this one is insane but the story is incredible. This Mazda 1300 estate was bought new by an elderly couple and it was taken off the road and parked in 1977. In 1994, a grandson inherited it and sold it to a Mazda dealer who took care of it, then it ended up in a car museum. So it only has 9250 km on it and is like new.

Get some tyres delivered to the sellers house, take it to the nearest MOT place to get them fitted and a fresh ticket put on, frisbee the wheel trims and win at life.

I think, more than happy to be proven wrong, that the MOT tester is wrong, doesn't look like a Minibus or coach to me?

I'm sure they haven't bought the 10 year tyre age limit in for cars yet. Hence mr tester stating its a minibus. Should have all been advisories

Does she need to? They showed a clip of her on the news the other day driving hers around Windsor. It might never leave the Windsor estate. Even if she does, who's going to stop her?

What a gem. The red Mk Golf looks stunning too. Are Mk1 and 2 Golfs extremely expensive in Norway as well as here? I saw a lovely Mk2 the other day and it was almost £10k. That was reasonably cheap for a clean example...

I am not an expert on the prices of these but they vary a lot. But it looks like a good Golf 2 starts at around 20,000 to 30,000 kroner (1715 to 2572 pounds) here.

This 1987 1.8 GL with 268,000 km has been for sale for a while for 20,000 kroner, it is not perfect but seems decent and solid.

This 1988 1.6 GL with only 150,000km has also been for sale for a while 30,000 kr and it looks nice.

At the higher end, this 1984 is a 1.6 C automatic with only 96,000 km 79,900 kroner or 6775 pounds is unsure if it is worth it.

GTI versions are rare here but here is one from 1988 with 259,000km which has been restored in Poland 89,000 NOK 7632 pounds.

There are not many Golf mk1s left but the prices are higher on them and especially on the GTI versions.

The cheapest mk1 Golf in Norway now is this diesel version from 1983 with 260,000km and needs some work and welding for 20,000 kr 1715 pounds.

Can the queen mig weld?

MIGs are a bit after her time, but I hear she's a dab hand with the oxy-acetylene.

Well she does know how to change the plugs and brakes so it wouldn't surprise me.

R8 without the silver grill and with the extended indicator lights - the best looking ones IMO. Not too bad for £700.

just seen on FB - this is apparently being exported to the US
