'2.3 TURBO DIESEL'

I had one of these once. I'm not saying it was agricultural and slow, but try and imagine fitting half a 1953 Massey Ferguson engine to a 44 tonne lorry then driving it up the Horsehoe Pass with a half empty 40ft shipping container of concrete marbles.

Don't know if we've had this yet - P5 with a 3-litre Mazda diesel engine fitted, ending shortly.

and now i present the surefire sign that i've gotten old.

a cheapo-spec mark 3 cav, in white room mega bucks shock.

not a base model, but close enough, and not a 1400 either, but a 1600 L automatic.

these were all just bland crap in my eyes when they were new.

now its a classic car.

go figure.....

I fear a red top and a dose of the Barry are in that minty base Nova :(

He makes the photos the link themselves. Not sure about how it would work on your device but on a computer you just click the photo and it opens the eBay page.

In its day it would more likely have a big white top with a red L on it.

I passed my test in one identical to that.

On an iPhone it breaks the link and just leads to a blank page UNLESS! You hold the "click" then select "open link". I just discovered that.
