This has probably already been listed, but I don't care as it makes me feel amorous.

This looks tempting for £800. Manual gearbox too so at least you don't have to worry about that blowing up (so you can concentrate on worrying about everything else)

Unbelievably the auto box on my 607 was one of the best parts of the car at 171k miles!

As long as these exist, I just can't seem to bring myself towards spending more on a W108/109.

There was a cav like that on the walk home from my junior school and I used to ogle it every day. I found it mostly burnt out in the woods near me where the joyriders always used to dump cars. I stole the only non melted center cap off it to go on my bedroom wall then when I got home I got scared so I took it back down the woods and clipped it back on before wiping it with my sleeve to get rid of any finger prints just in case the police though I was the 10 year old joyrider.

UNEAK... BABE!

the uneak thing about the car is its reg BABE--S or BABS--S the reg alone is valued at £1.500

original dash was removed by the previous owner and replaced with some kind of custom dash if you can call it that .I feel this is well worth restoring due to the uneak reg. or a re-shell.

the reg alone will look great when you turn up at the mini show.

Looks great in that colour, didnt the SRI have a better grill usually?

From memory it had the same grille as the other Cavaliers in the range. There was a 2nd facelifted mark 2 from 1987 (E reg onwards I believe) with colour coded grilles.

Amazing number plate enhancement with two rivets and some masking tape...and yet I still see BAB 8 S.

What a KNO 883R

Apart from the moronic number plate valuation, the thing looks pretty solid actually.

Used to see a few Sunny vans, normally in use by local Nissan dealers in the mid 1980s. PK Motors in Leeds ran one until they went bust around 1999

{anorak}

Later 'D' plate ones had the newer grille too, my 1.8SRi did. I think M'Coli's Mk2 Cav is a facelifter actually.

That SRi Cav has the mid-life "eggbox" grille, & as Cavette says, mine is the late-spec one. The first-spec SRi had the thin-slatted grille (and the brake servo on the left).

For a 57 plate motor this looks minging, the seller seems to agree too.

INSIDE IS AS WE SAY UP HERE TOTALLY MINGINLY BOGGIN..WHAT A STINKY BLACK HOLE IT IS INSIDE.FOR SOME REASON SOMEONES UNBOLTED THE NSF SEAT,GLOVEBOX AND CONSOLE( probably trying to dig their way out, dying a slow agonising death...smells like they may still be in there) I FLUNG A BAG OF FESTERING KIPPERS IN IT AND THAT HAS IMPROVED THINGS A BIT
