eBay tat volume 3.

I 'know' that guy through Flickr, he's alright, just not mechanically minded. Not much you can do without unlimited time/money if you can't trace the fault through any normal means. My Panhard has had every component in the ignition system replaced (some more than once) and it still won't run right. Gets to a point where you CBA chasing it any more and you have to walk away and let somebody else deal with it. £400 doesn't seem like a lot of money for something in such nice condition even if you can't drive it tbh

sounds ok, and not too much money either, typically its frigging miles away (herne bay, kent) and almost as far south as its possible to go without falling in the channel.

nice colour too, VERDICT- WOULD SOUNDS NICE

Not far from me, too many stick-on bits though and I never did like that colour. Looks pretty tidy though.

Already in my eBay watch section for the same reasons. A diesel R8s got to be worth a punt? WCPGW

Starting price of £400 is triple what it's worth with an intermittant fault of failing to procede.

They claim to love it but don't want to spend any money fixing it.

Verdict: half arsed psuedo classic wannabes

x2 on the above. Unknown fault aside it's a lovely little car, Alan is just at the end of his tether with it.

Okay... This post just confirms the need for a really, really, really like button.

Herr Von TEH Junkman I command you to buy this.

I'd probably considered it, if the asking price wasn't twice of what it's worth.

That^

We were chatting about it through Flickr a while back and it's given him bother all summer. £400 isn't unreasonable and for someone a bit more mechanically minded it could be a cheap and unusual classic for next year.

Some top quality shite in the background, too. No engine pictures so you'll just have to guess if it likes the veg or not.

This 218 SLD Turbo is in need of some minor de-tatting but it looks quite clean.

The last picture in that ad,looks like the first picture from another set entirely.

That last pic is the tamest I could find, incidentally Googling Dogging and Rover throws up a lovely 800 saloon in gold- unfortunately it's got velour- very ill advised considering what's happening in it.

Not seen one of these for ages, a 405 Sri. These came with trims as standard didn't they rather than alloys?
