I once owned the worst 480 on the planet that I bought during one of the worst hangovers of the 21st century. The terrible experience did leave me to believe that a good one would be a nice drive though.

This one's £499 and looks to be a reasonably late one.

I once owned a polo coupe with the reg number A 480 GLS... only dawned on me after 18 months of ownership as I watched the grab crane at the scrappy lift it away from me that a Volvo 480 owner would probably have been keen on the numberplate. hey ho.

In 1992 70k would buy you a merc 500sl, porsche 928gt, bmw 850 or a nice house, but 130000 pounds would have bought you this!! that was 3 times the average house price back then and some idiot payed that!

 

If they had sense they would have bought two 964 rs porsche coupe's and both would still have been worth 130k today! (and if i am being fair to anyone reading this then go and buy a 911 as its always been the better car)

Oooh, an AZ-1, one of the very few over here (3 I think).

Same engine as the Suzuki Cappucino, one of the other AZ-1's here is pushing a healthy 130bhp from the 660cc beast.

 

The Honda Beat the guys selling for £4k seems a tad salty for one of those, so I'd expect he's after £7k+ from the Autozam

strat up runs abit lumpy due to needing a metering head due to being stood, went through mot with a couple of adviseries, starts and drives with no problems needs a brake servo

 

so its scrap then?
