Trike chassis project - Picture 1 of 19

Trike chassis project | eBay UK

This is so bad, it's actually great. The icing on the cake is one of the back tyres is a Kingpin remould tyre, and the other seems to be sitting in a cesspool of dog shit.

Oh I dunno - he's also splurged on three, yes folks! Three! Magic Trees!
Actually, I came here to say that the listing is worth visiting just for the interior shots:

@Schaefft et al how is parts availability?

I don't mind pricey parts but the whole NLA thing is a massive PITA with my Maestro.

Mercedes are pretty much the best when it comes to supplying parts for their legacy cars but even they need to draw the line somewhere. I doubt it'll be tricky to get most stuff for that gen S-Class though, there's plenty of specialists out there.

MICROCAR VIRAGO PRESTIGE HSE AUTO - Spares or repair

Pay attention everyone, this is a Prestige! Look at all that lush "wood":

To be fair, it looks a better quality and fit than the stuff Rover glued (badly) to the dashboard of my old Rover 111GSi

Shampooing the seats would probably get rid of most of the smell they're trying to mask.

To be honest - I think the interior is the best bit :-)

This is a rum ole thing.  Looks like a Matra Bagheera from the back but it's Saab 900-based and front engined.  Someone trying to revive the Sonett?

AAC just sold the MG version for £17,712 - bit better nick than this one but 3 times the price...

That was a bloody lovely car though.  I would have been seriously tempted if I were richer.

I'd love to hoon around in this with the TS3 engine hammering away in the back.  And just look at that interior!

I'm fairly sure that the TS3 was mounted under the floor near the driver in these.  Fabulous sound!
