I wonder if it’s one I’ve heard of. My traction and 2cv mechanic friend said there was someone in the club who had done the bodywork and interior on an older mechanical restoration. Was then alerted to the frail state of the fuel pipes and it caught fire on the way home from the show.

The absence of paper, VIN and chassis plate is a bit suss; maybe the citroen lickers club might be able to cross reference the engine number if it's original?

I like that. I have a deluxe with servo discs. So I cannot understand why the servo was never fitted. Besides the wear on the fronts looks a bit iffy.
