I worked for the company** that made the column switch assemblies.  If I remember correctly, it's a Megane* light stalk, steering column housing and airbag connector, without the wiper stalk. 

*Could be a laguna, traffic van or clio, as they are almost the same stalk, apart from the colour and the clio, has a different angle. 

**Lucas Body Systems in Burnley.. Now TRW... The switch could be from Sagem though as Renault had dual sourcing for everything.
