How awesome is this?  Looks like it would be used for Just Eat deliveries yet has the complexity of a W8 engine, 4WD and an auto box.  Makes about the same power as a moderately warm hatchback these days.

Yeah, swapped the ropey Accord Aerodeck for it after nobody wanted to buy it. Roffled it, Dave Q won it, ended up selling to someone for parts. They're class, would have another.

* Matra hot-dip galvanised the body. Such a shame Renault didn’t do the same to the subframe and that silly pop-riveted sill part that MOT man thinks is structural.

It is quite cheap, and you DO want it.

One of the glossy mags is telling us we want these (way behind the curve, lazy journos) and so now they all cost at least £20k

Never seen one with those seats! They're probably as comfy as they look, Rover did know how to make decent seats in the early 00's.. in my opinion. 

Facelift was 54 plate onwards so it will be one of the last pre-face examples and not necessarily a late one 👍

Just incase the 58bhp generated by the more widespread 1.5 diesel is a bit too much for you, here's an alternative option being the 52bhp 1.4 diesel!

Got to be worth something for the numberplate. Perfect replacement for @dollywobbler's 106, it's very Hubnut and the TWC plate will be fitting to the fleet. And it's 777 so it's obviously going to be a lot luckier...
