Saw a lemon-coloured Dacia heading northbound on the A1(M) on Thursday.

Was it this one?

Sometimes see it around this area. This afternoon, for example, when it was going in the opposite direction to me.....

Unfortunately the Armco barrier prevented me seeing the number plate. Likewise, I was going in the opposite direction.

If it's any help, it's the only lemony-coloured one in this area. Might be the only lemony-coloured one in the whole of that London, come to think of it.....

Saw that barrelling along near Dartford once, it is quite a sight!

Is that an Influenza?

Not just any Influenza, but one of the few still running. Proper sales disaster for Renault, and probably collectable for that reason alone.

Shame, it looked decent enough, but buyers stayed away in droves. Limited battery range probably didn't help.

Also one for "tyre brands I've never heard of" - impressive set of photos shows 4 different brands; one Toyo, one Bridgestone, one Arrowspeed and whatever a Nordex is.

These things seemed like a decent idea in theory but I think I've only ever seen one in real life and the saloon body was an odd choice.

Spotted that near my parents house in NW Kent a couple of years ago with different wheels on. (er... One More Sight?)

I suspect it is. I got very surprised by seeing petrol Fluences in Brazil though.

Seats have to been seen to be believed!!

I know someone who wanted to add something rare to a collection he has, tempted by the phrase "condition has to been seen to be believed" in the amateur-produced auction catalogue. So he made a 200-mile journey, only to be greeted with that something rare which was only still standing on account of all the woodworm holding hands and everything else either bright red rust or warped mazak. When he confronted the auction organiser, he said "we can't be held responsible as we don't see stuff until the day before and we use the vendor's descriptions in the catalogue".

Fucking weasels, the pair of them.

My old car - price has shot up tenfold since I let it go as a MOT expired project in need of tlc a couple of years ago, although I'm not quite sure just how much "projecting" has been done, It was MOT'd 5 days after I sold it and has been through 2 owners between me and this dealer.
