Ah, the classic place where 306s rust.

For some reason, all 3 other wheel arches have plastic liners in them from the factory, but the left-rear doesn't. This means that mud and other shit thrown up from the road accumulates and causes rot exactly like what's shown there. They finally put an arch liner in on the phase 3 models. I managed to nab a left-rear arch liner from a phase 3 in the scrappy for my phase 1 I had a few years back.

However, I know somebody who could plate that up for £not-too-much, so if it was closer I would. Bosch pump conversion and a recent cambelt and only 113k on the clocks? Win!

Cheap Bluebird in need of some loving.  Hopeless pictures but the interior does look nice and veloury.  Not a million miles from chez Spottedlaurel, coincidentally...

Yup, seen that around a few times over the years on my lunchtime wanders. Be a shame if it ends up being raced, looked OK and GS is a nice spec.

Not really in a position to go for it myself though, but there's that lad local to me who is after bits and I've sent him a text.

WTF is that on the back?

s-l1600.jpg

That thing on the back has been on eBay and even appeared on this thread a while back. It is a homemade dune/beach buggy thing. As you can imagine it was quite expensive, just think a "splitty" died in the making of it.

Crewcab beavertail LDV with a 2.5 turbo Indenor.  Would.

Kind of would on both of those....

Are unmolested split screen vans not worth a squillionty pounds nowadays? Whoever did that must be kicking themselves.

The LDV is a stoater though, GR8 4 mini roundabouts.

^^^ A rather butchered Splitscreen VW van, by the looks of things.

<Wine buff>I think I'm also picking up a hint of Beetle and some SWB series (or even earlier) Landy </Wine buff>

Whoever did that is probably long dead or so old they don't care any more :)

It's only a bleeding 4x4!

£400/best offer, Coventry. Front prop is missing (and God alone knows where you'd find another, or were they shared with something else?) but I'd still buy that if I had storage. Someone PLEASE buy this and I'll chip a (hopelessly) small amount in to crowd fund it when I get paid

That Beddy is just fricking awesome......He says "no time to restore" like that's a bad thing, though....

The front axle looks very Land Rover to me.

That Sherpa is O series too! Wonder if all the hardware would go straight into an '05 Pilot shell?
