I beg to differ. Greatly beg to differ. The 1.3 is hopelessly slow, wheezy and rattly, but has some sort of (really) odd charm to it. The diesel has no attributes whatsoever, hateful things.

 

That red (earlier) one is class.

You can beg all you like the Stone Age 1.3 anglia engine was shit in the late 50's and early 60's and didn't improve with age.

 

But that's the joy of opinion.
