Great that your supporter there has an old fashioned wooden rattle to cheer you on.

Its strange but I quite like that.

Looks a lot like those paint moulds you see in fancy bodyshops.

Tibshelf achieved.

I love this car. It's amazing.

Thanks a billion to the amazing @Asimo , who is not only a top gentleman and a great host, but also was happy to talk me through all the must know business in relation to this fine automobile. A legend among men.

Half way home and mpg is in the high eighties. I think @Bucketeer s head would burst if he drove this.

Drive it home at 56 mph behind a lorry, I wonder how high it'll go.

I did just that. 90.3mpg point to point.

Probably my favourite dash for running in the dark I have ever seen. It's just lovely.

This is the first look I had at it when @Asimo kindly picked me up at the station.

Love at first sight, I must confess.

Well done, Jimbledon, that was a fantastic buy.

The bonnet has developed some character by shedding dots of paint, and the Honda badge. I think it looks better without the badge.

And check out the 1 into 1 manifold.

Boy am I glad you bought that:) I have lusted after one since I read up about them years ago on a hypermiling site.

Probably the most bloody minded car they have ever built for public consumption. So much going on to improve fuel consumption that it's unbelievable.

Well in sir!

Good to meet you today and glad you enjoyed the drive home.

That's a very good score on the mpgs, Storm Ciara tail wind or is it downhill all the way?

Great to meet you too. Loved the drive home and love the car.

I've just completed my Pen & Paper (tm) maths and the true figure is actually 85mpg.  Onboard computers can be known to exagerate slightly.  Not by much though.

It started getting a bit blowy by Nottingham and its whipping up a prestorm here nicely. Think it was timed just right.

Excellent!

Makes me think I should get one of these for my weekly motorway commute. Greta would still hate me but not quite as much.

Night rider eat your heart out.

Now we've all seen how high you can get the mpg the next challenge is to see just how low you can get it.
