I avoided the ditches at the side of the road, despite the 5 bottlez of local plonk.

More than I did last year.

Oh yes.

Converted the CX's indicators to all-LED and changed the flasher unit to a LED-compatible one. All works grand.

Arts and crafts with my littlun. A 26" Captain America shield made of OSB ply! It ain't pretty, and I still have to do more coats and cut it out, but he's over the moon.

That is a stunning dog, those eyes are wonderful.

I was thinking that I haven't seen many blue eyed dogs.

tings that have amused me at the factory.

first off, the new "cleaning station" now behind perspex and with combination padlocks to stop the plebs, er, "using" the new brushes. Jaguar Land Rover is the factories biggest customer.

So many things I just don’t understand in America, then something comes along that blows my mind (‘cos I can’t even fathom it...)

That's better,much better...

They're going to get a nasty bang if someone tries snipping one of the HV charger cables! An awful lot of energy can be transferred over those wires.

Hairnet, depends on your definition of good. It looks handy to have but god help you parking in Haringey and expecting to find your car intact or even there upon your return ;)

Talking of 'going off', I've been helping my son get his new house sorted out and took half a gallon of black eggshell round for various bits.  He was going to paint his handrail with it.  I'd put it in his garage, he went in there this morning and it had exploded, just missing his new freezer but was all over the floor.  It has been here for at least three years.

Never had a tin of paint explode like that before.
