well done mate , i'm at 14 months now , I think when you smell smoke and it makes you want to spew up rather than it smelling nice is the tipping point

I gave up 13+ years ago. I still love the smell. I have been known to walk behind people in order to Hoover up their secondhand smoke.

Had a visit from a friend of my late mother's yesterday. At Christmas she flew to New York by herself to visit family, and at their remote farm nipped outside for a smoke. It was -20 and wind whipped up the snow so for a short time she was lost in the white-out. She seemed unfazed by it but the biggest problem was that her lighter had frozen up and for a few minutes she couldn't find the way back in to seek an alternative source of ignition.

She's 89.

It's unusual to find a Montego Estate in a car park nowadays.

It's very unusual to find an Austin Allegro.

So what would be the chances of finding both of them in the same car park on the outskirts of Innsbruck in Austria last week? Very high, apparently. With a bonus ex-fire service LT28.

They didn't look like they'd been moved for quite some time, but were still in fairly tidy condition.

Could it be the inverse of using a Romanian registered car here in the UK? Austrian Plod see a UK plate and ignore it?

The allegro owner was probably chucked out of the UK for putting those wheels on it.

Quality, yours for £200

Including labour he must be making £800 an hour as I can't see any more than 15 minutes a unit

Saw 3 pallets in half, nail one to the top , screw legs on , remove Epal logo , no time

Hello, I'm a young person.

Unfortunately it is, at least for average people going on a night out.

Seems a lot of girls/women have trowels, spiders and black marker pens on their dressing tables these days.

Matte lipstick is awful too and never flattering, makes you look like you have really wrinkly lips.

Hello young person...

Now as it's the grin thread, this weekend couldn't have gone better. She's perfect for me & is delusional enough to think the same about me.

How hard is it to move to Bute?

Just get a holiday/ student visa and overstay....seriously is there any work on the isle?

Commute to Glasgow is possible tbh, but there is some work on the isle. I shall be investigating, no rush as I need to rewire & redocorate this place to get enough money back from it to make it possible.

Ah yes, the "wipe-clean vinyl sex doll" look - very classy.
