Today courtesy of my friendly local body repair centre I have become the temporary custodian of a new Nissan Micra.

 

Pros - 48mpg, 3 pot petrol makes a nice sound, satnav as standard

Volvo has just turned 1000 miles, and gathered a stonechip on the bonnet. Arse.

 

On the upside, I had my first venture into a car dealership as a customer, and was given a cup of coffee and addressed as Sir. Never in my life before have I put a car into a garage for anything other than an MOT or tyres. It's an odd sensation. Maybe next time I'll have a little fun..

My Christmas shopping plans were thwarted this morning when I found one of my tyres completely flat. It was fine yesterday evening, and there's no obvious sign of damage so I don't know why its done that.

EDIT - Trig, I'd love a new camera. I'm using a Canon Powershot SX10IS, which was really good when I got it about four years ago. Technology has moved on since! It's also huge and really heavy, which is why it moves around so much.
