I guess that's Aston bus station, but before my time. I recognise the bus services as I used them for several years, but not until they were orange over brown two-tone (& later Stagecoach, or Maynes at the weekend!)

Not far off, it's Stalybridge. The (faux?) timber frame building in the background is still there today but it's a different colour now.
