It's a "show" plate. You can see it's just stuck on top of the original "W33 COC".

I saw a Tesla this morning - it's number was NO10 GAS with the correct spacing. I think this is supposed to read as No To Gas rather than No Lo Gas.

I've never had any interest in private plates, but now I have this Legacy I keep thinking about getting H6 something.

 

I used to have H680EBV which was my MX5, so H6 EBV would be pretty memorable for me.  But surely spending 250 on changing a registration number is insanity?
