You'll have to ask him to cancel the sale I think, it should be on the more actions tag on your completed listing, top tip, don't accept offers through ebay or end the listing until you have the cash in your hand and the car is driving down the road, just accept the offer by sending them a message, exchange numbers and explain the car is still for sale until he/she turns up with the cash, there's too many fucking idiots on ebay and I have been caught a couple of times by this costing me listing fees both times.
