Those windows are something else. Shame they didn't go the whole hog and give it the ultimate abandoned house look by bricking up the window openings.

This has been left here for a few months now. Smashed windows happened last week. Surprised it hasn't been removed, although I suppose the verge is private land so the council won't get involved?

I imagine if it had U.K. plates the local council/police would have noticed and removed it by now.

Foreign plates = no easy way to trace ownership = problem for someone else/another day!

Re the grotty VW Camper, see Lankytim’s post at the top of this page.

As long as someone renews the tax exemption every year, it’s effectively legal for all time now....

The first sign of a downturn in the hipster market following self isolation.

Wearing Mk6 Fiesta Studio wheeltrims too. One of my favourite styles of recent times.

I found this a little sad. I saw this on holiday whilst in the South of France, a Renault 18 Turbo. It was outside a garage but it looks like it hasn't moved in a while after looking at Google Maps. They had another silver turbo around the back too!

Some abandoned student transport outside a halls of residence.

They certainly got their moneys worth out of the front tyres.

This lot are well known locally, disintegrating E Type in the front garden, Jensen Interceptor behind the Polo (which is a GT from memory), not sure what’s behind the Jensen, Rover P4 at the back . I wonder what is in the garage? The owner apparently still has a Sapphire Cosworth that used to sit where the Polo is, an 80s Bentley Turbo R and an early Impreza turbo.

Nothing has ever been for sale I’m told....

I always wondered what this van was as the front is obscured by thick hedges. It’s been parked in this garden since I moved in around the corner from it in 2005. 1994 Transit according to DVLA.

This one looked a bit neglected and hasn’t moved for a week or two but it’s all legal and appears to have had only one owner too

Flat tyres and no road tax on this one.

Ok... what?!

You're very VERY near me. I know that van too. It's on Gt Northern Road isn't it?

I also recognise the Combo van location, that's one of the lanes off Clifton Road, and the Galaxy is up in Hilton.

Correct on all counts! I live behind the Rosehill Shops.

Dumped on a front drive in Sarratt for at least the last five years (and probably a lot longer) is this fine example:

Thing is, this Mk2 Golf doesn't seem to have deteriorated greatly in all the years I've gone past it. It has definitely never moved, that's for certain:

It's a TT. Matt black and pink wheels interesting choices.

More Covid exercise discoveries.

Mk5 had a tidemark that wouldn't have looked out of place on a Marina or Avenger.
