I got home around 830 last night. Not bad time was. Practically collapsed in bed soon as got in. Great day,shame about the weather though. Nice to meet all you odd and eccentric folks again.

Brilliant day yesterday, now I have done a FoD I will be more prepared for the next one by packing some tools and essentials. I realised on the way home I did not pay for the chish and fips either as @Yossmentioned above, I hang my head in shame.

I've never done a FOD and having seen how many people dodge paying for their chippy dinner I'm thinking twice about ever doing so, villains  and vagabonds the lot of them

Looking at your wind deflectors yesterday, that's the first time I've ever seen them bonded onto the door. I've always had them like they are on my van tucked into window frame. Can be a pain with 1 touch up windows though as sometimes car thinks it's trapped

Yeah, I suspect they were factory spec. There's a few 'JDM' touches that make me think the 3-doors were just shipped over with barely any local market mods. They certainly sold very few here compared to the 5-doors.

I'm home now after a wonderful day clean g vauxhalls! I stuck to the ones with intact floors and the like, and with the help of @Ghostywe played time team and got the cavalier looking very tidy

Pulled alot of water out the boot though... 

And we cleaned the rust from the engine bay

Noticed at my mums that the drivers window suddenly wasn't working and upon investigation its snapped another wire

Stripped and twisted it to get the window up overnight, will fix properly another day. 

The CF also got spinning, after we found the magic of the tilting dash! Sadly no running (unless that happened after I left)

It seems there has been criminal activity bought to the FoD.

When this scandal is found his reputation will he severely sullied!

I've barely seen any 3 doors either except for a couple of sports. To be fair the ignis isn't a common sight anymore either.

Just got back now. Big thanks to Mr & Mrs six cylinder for the hospitality especially the fish and chips.

Shame it took so long working out the problem with the points on the Cavalier. Six cylinder - we never checked if that MOT fail was for the Cavalier and not another car.

Someone needs to detail the story about why we all thought Ghosty might have stuffed his new purchase into a hedge.
