it's that rotten it's strapped to a pallet for rigidity.

No, it's strapped onto another floorpan/bulkhead and then onto a pallet.

I like how defensive he gets at the prospect of you telling him it wants a dustpan and brush to take it away.

He not wrong though. I have scrapped much better stuff.

I really like the front chassis/suspension layout. I mean, obviously it's really old fashioned and having leaf springs as the upper wishbones really doesn't work all that well but it's such a nice, compact little package.

750 squids for some glass and a few light bulbs. There can't be much worth salvaging now.

I like how they put project and he sys its an easy fix as all the bits are available.

Yeah they are it's just a shame you'll need 99% of a new car to fix yours.

That Mini Estate was posted on the previous page too

To be fair to the seller, he has dropped the price from £1,150 to a tempting £995

However, I cannot buy anything from someone who says 'lol' in their advert.

There is a fully intact mk1 York diesel Transit currently on the bay for £660, slight snag is it's in Malta, but even so, they'd ship it to the UK for another £550, and it doesn't look that rusty either, whether you would want one with a York boat anchor in the pig nose is another kettle of sardines

Have we had this beauty yet?http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/172726854877

Blimey, thought that looked familiar, I've driven past it several times times and wanted to stop for a closer look, now I can actually own it.  Wow.  It took several passes over several weeks before I even worked out what it used to be.

*SNORT* Just seen the price.  Good grief, that's some weapons-grade optimism.
