Don't know if we've had this. A Deora. Never produced but became a prototype for hot wheels.

Here's mine in "barn find" condition.  It's actually green but shows up blue in pictures

I expect this has already been posted but it is a Mini based 4x4 pickup (there's one on Car and Classic at the moment)

Oxford Diecast do a diddy but superb model of a Thompson Aviation refueler in their 1/76 range.

I've tried to dig deeper into the RTV but the internet seems to only know about the one above and the vast range of Kubota 'RTV' vehicles that are in a similar vein but un-related.

However I did stumble upon the 'Toro Workman HD' a strange confection made in Torah, Wisconsin, USofA.  https://www.toro.com/en-gb

You can configure it to various agricultural roles. Toro also make all sorts of stuff from the Workman to golf buggies, ditch diggers to lawn mowers. And plastic pipes.

Is it wholly wrong of me to be imagining what a self-propelled bowser might be like as a motorhome conversion?

I'm pretty sure that a gully cleaner or similar appeared on the tat thread with its tank converted to 'luxurious accommodation' not that long ago.

Smelly and cramped. Like most motorhomes.

It's actually styled after Toyota's first car, when Toyota was Toyoda.

All of them just prove how perfect the 33 Stradale was, Franco Scaglione gave up designing cars after creating this masterpiece. Wonder if he’d have just kept doing slightly different versions of the same thing  each decade, too..

I had a Carabo many years ago, though I think it was lilac, not green. Oh and Bertone had outsourced its manufacture to a company called Matchbox.

At first glance, I though it was a TVR Chimaera that'd got a new front end...

And I oddly like that. 🤣

OK some more Alfa Romeo concept cars i knew nothing about. The 'BAT' series BAT = Berlina Aerodinamica Tecnica. This was a joint project between AR and Bertone between 1953 and 1955, they had drag coefficients below 0.19 which would be an acheivement today never mind 60 years ago. The underpinnings came from the 1900 sereis

Alfa Romeo and Bertone showed a new BAT concept in 2008 the BAT 11 based on the 8C Competzione

Guess who at Bertone actually drew the BAT cars?  Yes that man Scaglione again!

That's really nice, and I've never seen it before either. Is it a factory job or something by Ooooley-ez?

Can anyone figure out what the car in white is?

MVIMG_20210104_200302.jpg

Pretty sure it's a Xantia with a weird grille (mk3 Cavalier?) and various bits of oddness around the bumper/lamps
