^^^ Quality! The miles aren't that high, mine's on 176k and this one cosmetically looks better.

According to the ad on RR it costs:

and that gets you this beauty:

V70 Turbo in AWD flavour.

Seems a bit of a bargain

That's the one I was considering earlier this year.

I wanted to get it fixed before driving it home, but was accused of being a difficult buyer by a member on here.

Still got a bad taste in my mouth over that, hence why I don't really post that much any more.

It'd be great if you could bosh a fuel pump relay in it and drive it home. Total bargain.

I can imagine that a 1.4 in a car that size would be alright, actually. Bargain!

If I had the space etc. I'd buy that and strip it out to use as a track car or something silly like that.

no MoT though

Bad, bad man. That's cheating.

We all like a bit of autoshite window shopping and I have noticed that the bottom of the market seems to be creeping down in price over the last 12 months.

So here is a thread just for cars that you could buy and drive away for £200 or less.

My basic rules are:

Must have Tax

Must have MoT

Must be in a working condition to drive home (even if no further)

Max price £230 to allow for a genuine haggle down to £200

If it's anything like the VAG 1.6 8v of that era then it's unlikely you'll get anywhere on time.
