Silly indeed. It almost seems you can list anything with "GENUINE BMC WORKS RALLY MINI COOPER ETC" in the title and get some ridiculous price for it. I wouldn't be at all surprised to find one just like that at an autojumble for £25 being listed for an MG Magnette or something similar.
Negative Creep
I think this may set a record for the highest number of shill bidders in one auction http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111014189963
Wilko220
Ridiculously overpriced, especially seeing as it's been stood for 15 years and he hasn't even bothered to wash it - but this has to be pretty damn rare http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1976-TOYOTA-L ... 3ccf3d963d

cort16
This e34 is an Alpina but it's not the valuable bi-turbo it's basically a 535i sport tuned up a bit. It's been sale on various sites at "offers" for a while. It's got the interior from an e28 (hats the wrong colour)in it, one of the wheels is missing, the alpina splitter is gone and it has no MOT although "will go through for £200". Spend the 200 then you want nearly 4 grand for it! http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C361044

richardthestag
Take one 22yo Range Rover Vogue SE, give it a matt black wrap, heavy window tint, fit way too many lights for the alternator to be able to cope with and make sure you get as many OLLI stickers on it as you can. Then pop along and unload it onto Purplehorse who can advertise the otherwise standard car as "the beast" and make suggestions as to the engine must have been chooned because it sounds gr8. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/150995724983 £2995 There cant be many places you could drive this without the OLLI crowd thinking "no bob, no checkaplate, no lift, no comedy tyres! Wot a Dick!" and the rest of humanity just thinking "wot a dick!" I wouldnt touch it with yours tbh

John F
Ah bollocks, I'll give it another go. Added to watch list. I've also asked the seller the following question: "Hi, does the handbrake work ok? There's a common fault on these cars where loose objects such as coins, especially 20p pieces, can jam the handbrake mechanism."

Ditto There's now 650 of us on the Autoshite Facebook group. If we all chipped in a quid each, we could buy that and still have enough cash to hire a means of destroying it outside the seller's house. bub2006
Peugeot going on watch list. As for Facebook page that's news to me!! I'd gladly throw a quid into the pot providing someone can think of an ingenious way of destroying it. E.g pulled apart by two yugo sana's.
