Why is that? Cultural priorities? Some kind of scrappage scheme?

I don't know, you'd have to ask @TataBobu. I'm guessing the same reasons as over here, lots of cheap finance deals.

No, not really cheap finance deals. It's about the same as the DAE for personal loans. Scrappage schemes (starting sometimes between 2006-2009, can't remember when exactly) which were at least in 2010 permitting to scrap three cars and use al three vouchers on a single new car purchase. This is how one of my uncles bought a base Logan with just a bit over 2000 euros.

On top of that there's a lot of keeping up with the Ionescu, especially in the big cities. And the retro vehicle market is too young and small, and the prices are all over the place.

Rode through here on our bikes amongst these that day.  Loved the blue HA as I had one as my first van.

Thanks. Seems a shame, whilst most of the Dacia 1300/1310s were probably knackered you know there will have been plenty of decent ones amongst them. It happened over here too.

Oltcits are mostly extinct, wile you can still see Dacia 1300/1310 in traffic the last working Oltcit I've seen was more than 5 years ago. And the Dacia 500 is gone.

Wow nice! We might have seen you, we were there probably the first hour (love in the estate behind it, it's the perfect place to stand and wait for the kids to get bored and not have a long walk home 😂)

Very nice, mind the fucking horrific potholes going towards chinnor/risborough way around the bypass, and mind people like me trying to avoid them...

There was a fecking huge hole on the way back, about the size of a coffin, reckon it would’ve put me in one if I’d hit it, was a good foot deep.  Not sure where though(back of Watlington maybe).  But roads are horrendous everywhere, it’s not just some councils, they’re all really poor at this, especially this time of year.

The pyrton road? That's always been awful, used to use that alot (the ex's aunt lives out in cuxham)

When I  went to view the qashqai I drove my xsara with a fucked suspension bush down there and could feel the corner of the car flexing as we Had to transverse them as slowly as I could.

And because I bought a qashqai from Watlington I had to replace the lower arms, track rod ends and drop link within the month then tracking as it was broken. 😂The tre on the drivers side had play I could make happen with my hands and the wheels on the ground. At speed it suddenly started shaking the steering until I changed the speed and caused it to jam back up again for the next few turns 👌

I spotted this Mercedes Benz limousine in Whetstone yesterday. Its parking left something to be desired, but clearly it's in regular use, although quite what as I'm not sure......

My mate has just spotted this somewhere in Leeds:

Cort.jpeg.b939eb9eefbfc5d259b7aac196f291c1.jpeg

Untaxed since 1991!

Judging by the moss under it, it's been there a while. Odd it hasn't been towed/crushed by DVLA as they are pretty keen round here!

Does disabled class free tax show up as untaxed with the online check thing? Maybe its disabled free tax and now MOT exempt so showing as nothing?

Very tidy Synergie with matching plate  spotted in Peterborough. Anyone on here?
