vulgalour Posted October 11, 2014 Posted October 11, 2014 Shoveit should have black bumpers and better number plates I reckon, but is otherwise 'well lush' or something. I'm totally jellybeans at any rate. Or something. HillmanImp 1
saucedoctor Posted October 11, 2014 Posted October 11, 2014 The fella that owns the Monaro must be Corsaviour's Northern Irish cousin. He also owns that gold mk1 Astra I posted a while ago, an mk1 Astra Celebrity, a mintola v.early Nova SR in that washed-out yellow, a convertible Nova that he & his Dad built and a Nova saloon with a 1.6 turbo VXR engine in it. Prior to the Monaro he had a V6 turbo Insignia, which apparently "wasn't quick enough".
They_all_do_that_sir Posted October 11, 2014 Posted October 11, 2014 Not all Vauxhalls etc. OMGREDTOP Shuvvit with my mate's Monaro @ East Antrim Motor Factors open-day thing.I only live 15mins from Carrick. Was this worth going to?
saucedoctor Posted October 11, 2014 Posted October 11, 2014 I only live 15mins from Carrick. Was this worth going to? I couldn't stay as I had other things going on, so I'm not really sure what happened. Usually, there aren't that many cars due to the location (not much room). Meguiars, Glimmerman, Autoglym usually turn up and wax a few people's cars, give out freebies etc. It's on the edge of a residential area, so it's had to be toned down. About 5 years ago we had a massive piss-up that went on half the night, and some people complained. They_all_do_that_sir 1
They_all_do_that_sir Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 Today I seen some bus shite Then I seen a modern Chevrolet Matiz (I think). I didn't bother taking a picture of it obviously but as I parked alongside I noticed the amazing* steel wheels it was sporting, future shite potential here: I do love a decent naked steel wheel / small car combo, the French had this all sewn up before wheel trims became in vogue but I'm glad Chevrolet have seen the light And for my last trick check out this fantastic 'scort van - doesn't seem long ago these were all brand new and shiny: Wackeldackel 1
AlabamaShrimp Posted October 17, 2014 Posted October 17, 2014 Bit blury as taken while waiting at some lights. The granada has been there for ages, not seen the escorts till recently
quicksilver Posted October 18, 2014 Posted October 18, 2014 Been out of my usual area and found a couple of bits o' shite along the way. Jim Bergerac Posted October 18, 2014 Posted October 18, 2014 There used to be quite a few Q plate Transits around which was something I never understood.
trigger Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 I popped into the local Merc stealers this afternoon to buy some clips for my 190E and saw this outside, top spec 280TE with the original dealers plates and stickers, 45000 miles from new and it was mint. I bet it's worth a fortune now. Wackeldackel, saucedoctor, ed5000 and 2 others 5
PhilA Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 This is thunderously shite, as is the location. --Phil brickwall, Skizzer, EssDeeWon and 2 others 5
