Notting Hill.

One’s too many, ten’s not enough!

Papped that Caravelle in Hyde Park last year(#2591), I see it still has the baby seat fitted!

There an exhaust pipe poking out of the front of this CA so presumably its 'fridge isn't driven from the main engine anymore.

In my 99-buying days this would have most likely been a small Perkins and the van would have been surrounded by a dieselly haze. Modern Ice-cream just doesn't taste right without it.

Makes a change from (British Racing) green. Shame the drivers-side window is up. (symetry etc.)

Coventry's Corvette.

About 50 metres away was a gold CX that I've posted here before and I must have seen a £millions worth of Mk1 Escorts en route. Drive it day+ sunshine?

I know two people who have had SP's and was talking to them about the cars this week. One says they're horrible, the other likes them and still has one. Both agree the steering is awful but the second bloke did an early rack and pinion conversion.

I could forgive the fishy looks for that Turner V8, but its never going to happen as prices are silly.

Couple of spots from the weekend, the mustang is a regular sight around Carrickfergus

In the depths of the Barnsley Rotherham boarder today a wild Reliant appeared

Ha, small world. I've seen the GMC parked there before and bombing about, just never got a pic of it.

Another spotted pic on the same road (near what was the Vegas fish bar iirc)

I was away in Germany for a few days last week, and on Friday a Dutch car club rolled in for a lunch stop. It was mostly the usual supercars under a year old, but with a few older gems worth a picture.7faa9b9593ff5cfc5c6b4acafce69bf9.jpg50968ea2d7d1c6b77b25d0e282d3ae9d.jpg86eef67521b739f786e3a2862255c36f.jpg

I saw a few nice classics out on Sunday amongst all the MGs but didn't get any photos as I was driving so you'll have to put up with these.

The Jag has been there at least 15 years.

These three were all in the main car park in Petersfield.

This was snapped whilst sitting on a bench while Mrs Yoss was doing a tour of the charity shops.

Tres lazy, I didn't even need to stand up.

Then spent several excruciating miles behind this on the A272.

I mean it's a 940 FFS and they never went over 40 all the way. Even the sewage lorry that was between us at one point was trying to push them along a bit.

Ha ha, all this Swanley talk. My wife is from Swanley and her parents only moved from there earlier this year. So from visiting the place several times a year, for the last eighteen years, I'll probably never see the place again.

It is essentially an Asda with a couple of bits round the edge. Whichever way you come in you end up at Asda. New Barn Park was indeed the best bit and only two minutes from Lorraines parents house.

Can't say I'm going to miss the place but It was lot easier to get to than Hunstanton where they've moved to now.

The big leisure centre is quite good.  Ran sessions there for a while.  They were very accommodating and decent.

Other than that, it really is just a big Asda...

Bad pic sorry but users of the Walsall or Birmingham Cross City lines cannot fail to have missed the scrappy with Volvo on the roof just north of Aston. All the other wrecks come and go but the Volvo hangs on. I think they’ve forgotten that they put it there.

Today on "where the heck did they go all of a sudden?"

post-21985-0-03228100-1524766812_thumb.jpg

Spotted in the Cental Milton Keynes Halfords etc car park today.

They seem to be one of those cars that stopped being a common sight very rapidly...Big casualties of the scrappage scheme?

This lives a couple of streets away from me. A creative solution to a rear end shunt I reckon - but quite well done  :-D

That's actually not bad at all. Almost factory, and has probably made loading easier.

Yep. Lights, tailgate & bits of the rear wings & c pillar. Whoever did it clearly knew what they were doing.

All it needs now is for someone like, say, "captain_70s" to turn up....
