I'm thinking it's a Minor Van but I'm happy to be corrected. Well I was half right. It's not a van it's a pick up with a canvas top stretched over a metal frame and tied to the sides. Like an old fashioned Truckman top. If I was going to have a minor I think this would be it. But if I was going to have a pick up it would probably be one of these.
