Might have some force ales coming up too; looks like I'll have some time upcoming to sort the collection out properly for the first time in years...

Glad to see everyone received their tat boxes safely! Does my withered black heart good to see such fine folks enjoying these ratty old diecasts. Health to enjoy, y'all!

Nice Capri thank you. Looked like the doors would open on the cortina but they don't. Repaint for the 205 and cortina at some point (measured in days, weeks, months)... Cheers again @Datsuncog...

I might leave the 205 you know, rally look. What colour for the cortina?

I really do need to off-load some of my tat... Watch this space ?

Yeah, I would go for blue...

(Angry priest optional)

I think the lack of opening doors on your Cortina indicates it came as one half of a set; seems Lesney often used pared-down older castings to keep their toys affordable.

The all-orange Capri also likely came as a twin pack with a trailer - the mainline Capris came with black bonnets, so again a ha'penny was saved.

The 205 does look pretty good as it is!

The 205 needs mud and pva glue

The cortina on the other hand...

I was thinking 60's bathroom blue?

Wrong. Peppermint green with 2.0S decals. Might do mine Jupiter red to match my dad's one

Land Rover Safari, ex @155V6. Will get luggage in time...Citroen Venetian red.

Colour experiment to see if it will be suitable for fire engines. I think it will.

This model never had any silver trim. Odd one, that.

Having a sort out as I'm moving all my cars (and everything else), don't think you've seen these before

Lesney Hog, surplus to requirements

This one is a little confusing, I believe it's a 1957-59 Morestone release from the Esso series, seen the same casting listed as Budgie too, after the company was taken over.

Another Morestone/Budgie 1957-62 Packard convertible, missing its screen and driver.
