Random Ice Cream Van Thread

I was trying to find the thread where on the same day as I was visiting a beach near Tenby someone else visited the same beach and took a photo of an ice cream van Range Rover (and inadvertantly a photo of my Mother in Law). But I cant.

 

Anyway - on the BBC's website at the mo is this rather nice Nostalgic Trip Down Memory Lane of the Ice Cream Van and its chocc (ice) full of old shite vans.

Ahh, Seth has emailed me THAT picture of the Mother in Law (and ice cream van).

At some point I'll fish through my photos of that holiday as there were a couple more pics - but for now the combo of photos being on an external drive and me being on nights means it will have to wait.....

Tsilivi, Zante. It was accompanied across the yard by a derelict 205 which, I was told, has been there for at least 15 years. I've got some pics somewhere.

Shepherd's are still using that Marina. Some of the paintwork inside is bright yellow; I wonder if it's ex-BT.

There's no better ice cream than Hocking's ice cream, from Appledore, near Bideford. Particularly when it's bought from this.....
