Hey I have a few sets of these I made when I was in school, I wanted a Polonez in my top trumps too!

 

I literally would buy some but don't know what I would do with them. One time I made a set of just cars my mate John had had for the field, think I only got partway though that set then became a teenager and quit everything sensible and became a right twat instead.

 

These Waddington ones were the shit, I wore out my first set of Turbos cards.

Carlo, can you share the template so we can make them all the same or would you mind making the images?

 

Suggest people could post up a photo of a car with the info and once we've got to 40 cars or whatever try and get some actually made up?

You need more specifics on the model.... F'rexample not all Renault 21s has 89bhp. Does that make it harder to find production numbers though if you drill down into trim level?

I'll be happy to produce a set of 40, they don't take long to do.  And yes, I'd thought of replacing the 'Production' entry with an 'Autoshite Rating"!

 

If people want to shout out their nominations we could produce a final collection and I'll post them all up.  Perhaps a listing for the main model rather than a specific engine/trim would be better, although if you're not going to include production figures that's not so important.

 

If enough folk are interested I'm sure there would be a way of getting them produced if I sent off the designs.

I think we should definitely have the AS bikes like the ex-balls 220 etc in there.

 

I would agree that production numbers could be replaced with Autoshite rating, perhaps from 1 to 100 where 1 is a brand new Aldi Q7 and 100 is a rhd Seat Malaga diesel?

 

Could you possibly amend the thread title to include something like - Actually happening - nominate your car.

 

If people want to nominate their own or other cars please include a link to a picture and the stats.

 

By the way I'm not trying to make myself the boss of top trumps or owt, if anyone has any input please pipe up.
