I've brought a few cars over from Germany but this thread gives me the motivation to buy one of these completely beat to shit 80s Japan-only grey imports you can only find in Ukraine and drive it all the way back.

Welcome back in the UK! Weather wise it's actually been pretty decent but I know the feeling when you could have 20+ degrees and sunshine every day for the next 4 months but are stuck with meh everything.

I do feel a bit sorry for these cars from sunnier climes that have spent half a century or more basking in sunshine and then they turn up here and they must feel like "What the heck is this?  I don't like it! "

I might have to tap you up for some advice then, I really like the idea of something like an Opel Omega A, preferably an estate and with the 2.6 or 3.0 six.

Things have changed slightly with brexit. Since I can prove that all my stuff has been here before beginning of 2021 it should be fairly easy, not sure what would need to be done if it happened now.

Well heres the brown bomber at its new address.

It's an absolute knockout this car. I love it. I'd set off back to Valencia tomorrow (I'd probably flush the rad and change the other tyres first though). It's amazingly comfortable and will blat along at 100kmh for ever.

One small problem I have is that I haven't really got room to keep it anywhere. Should have thought about that before buying it probably.  I'll just have to get it on UK plates as quick as poss I guess. Will chase up that customs broker dude today and get that moving.
