Nice to see its found a new owner on here, I almost wavered and bought it back as it was ridiculously cheap.

46 miles in, finally found a fucking McDonalds en route. Was starving and some fucker was eating fish and chips on the train which certainly didn’t help!

Going well so far!

Interesting to see they still put heated seats in the fabric seats.

Tbh fabric is better in the summer as it wicks away sweat far better than leather.

It was a £350 option!

In a world where I took this home last night for £590 you can imagine my surprise when BMW quoted me £430 for the first service on my 2021 i3 today

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK

I don't think I've ever see an TT without leather, and you know what, I prefer the look of the cloth seats.

Well bought Mr 'Tox.

I think only the convertibles could be. The 'verts certainly only had the 150bhp option. The coupes minimum engine was the 180bhp.

Looks like leather/alcantara was a “no cost option” on the coupe, implies you *could* still have cloth if you really wanted to?

Edit - maybe not, maybe that’s a “half leather” option instead of full leather??

I think that dot means available as a cost option. On the coupe you have standard silk nappa leather with alcantara as a free option, like you say. But on the Roadster, everything is an option.

Looking at the 2005 price list, the 150PS Roadster is the same price as a 180PS FWD. The 180PS Quattro Roadster is the next model up and quite a price hike.

I remember looking at this before (when replacing my springs to see if my year came with sports suspension springs as standard) and found that the spec level changed quite a bit over the Mk1 production life, making it quite confusing.
