Those door pockets are amazing.

Can I have the wheels when it's fucked?

I think the instrument cluster issues must be temperature related.  It was hot yesterday and I didn't get in the car until 3pm so it had been baking most of the day.

I got in it this morning when it's cooler and the display works.  We're heading into Autumn soon so I don't need to worry about it 😀

Ah, but the display is probably coded to the brake disc in some way. Wouldn't want to experience brake fade when the display gets too warm.

Oh sure, everyone's saying you've got big balls and all, but if that were true, you wouldn't be travelling with the Code Reader of Shame in the driver's door pocket.

That comes from the factory, it's how you know you've got a good one. It's like having the umbrella still present in the door of a Rolls-Royce.

Absolutely bloody incredible, amazing and  awe-inspiring and these are all understatements.

I think its so you can see the buttons you're pressing. Mercedes do it the same way

I have these on my Merc, but povvo spec ones get them on the seats themselves.

I think it's an infinitely better idea than putting them on the seat when you inevitably have to move to the most awkward place to even find them, then adjust your seat to suit you in an awkward position as well.

On the door another good thing is that if another driver is 2'1" and you're 6'7" you can move the seat while the door is open so on the right place when you get in.

My son sits in a such a way in the car that I feel physically sick when I get in, like I'm being choked, seat back a bit as he's tall but the backrest feels like it's leaning forward, it's hideous. I drive gangsta style with the seat chilled out so having that feature is really useful.

Only bugbear is that I feel they could have put it on the remote so it detects who's keys they are and sets it up ready. Had a similar feature on my old Grand Cherokee and thought it was pretty cool.

Citroen looks lush by the way, well bought.

Yeah used to be a thing in the 90's/00's but not so much now for some reason, all this unlock with your phone bollox.

The c6 has one yellow light for some reason. The other looks brand new.

I gave it a sand down with some 800 grit then a scrub up with a couple of levels of compound and it's looking much better.

The dash display continues to work in mysterious ways. I'm also pretty sure when the sun hit the heads up display in a particular way the other day it beamed a space invader onto the windscreen.

A dicky screen and a cloudy headlight feels like a big win to me, I'll be over the moon if that's all I have to deal with!

The screen issue seems really common I'll probably hold out on getting it fixed for now.

Mine is going to need front discs and pads soon. I was happy to see Autodoc are selling them for £125 for discs and pads together, which is pretty good.

Just need to hope the fluid tank doesn't explode when trying to get the wheels off 😮

Pigeon oh pigeon why is your nest a midden? Is it because you work so hard collecting chips or is it just because you’re a lazy shit ?

Not worth building anything structurally sound when the kids will completely trash it before they piss off.
