Belgian engineer Louis de Groulart demonstrating the construction method he patented in 1925 based on flat panels of asbestos cement. Inside were four wicker armchairs to add to the overall safety of it. I don't know what car is underneath, but the radiator looks like one from a Bull Nose Morris.
