Rocket88
Ex Broadsword, who has looked after it with meticulous enthusiasm…. First Range Rover I have ever owned, due to much prejudice from A.A. Recovery days. Air suspension and alarm / immobiliser have been ruthlessly deleted, and it’s 2.5 dizzler , so no Nickaseal fears. So what’s it like. Let’s get one thing straight, it’s not fast… it’s not even brisk. It’s endearingly ponderous, pressing the loud pedal just turns money into noise, with no appreciable increase in “ performance “. This does not matter a jot. Stick it in drive, gather momentum in a stately manner, and sneer at the peasantry. People do tend to get out of the way of black P38 with some alacrity. Most things seem to work, it does 28 to the gallon, and seems to leak a little, so regular oil changes are ongoing. One glaring omission, no cup holders….RR should provide a serf in the glovebox to decant one’s Earl Grey… Apart from that, enjoying it thoroughly… Matty, ETCHY, privatewire and 6 others

It's the better looking of the two. Also Gingercators 👍 Any chance of tweaking the fuel pump like you could do on the TDis, not sure how the BMW engine worked really. You could at least generate a bit more smoke and fractionally more power. Or crop dust anything with black smoke if they start tailgating you 😆
Rocket88
You can get them re-mapped or tuning box thingy, but at 178000 miles probably best leaving well alone….. Spurious and bangernomics
