I used to be R2 listener but Vine,Wright,Evans and the fat one in the morning turned me off. The only one I can stomach is Mayo.

Apart from him I'm on 4.

Radio 4 (A.K.A. The "Home" Service!) IS the best, mixed with the World Service on DAB and a smattering of Radio 3 (The "Third" programme) to chill out to when traffic queues/hold ups etc. are too bad!!!

I mustard mitt when I popped over to GB a couple of months back I stuck Radio 4 on for the nostalgia thing and it kept me company as I made my way around the North Circular (that is, in the moments when the sat nav wasn't alerting me to the presence of yet another bloody "safety" camera...)

It's funny how these people always have the same middle name, as if their parents knew how they were going to turn out.

Cheers, I like my cars but keeping them is becoming ever harder. The threat of storage loss is still hanging over me. The reason Pa was berating me is due to Lady_Sterling situation. He is right if I'm honest. Bringing Lady_Sterling over here isn't gonna be cheap nor easy.

To be honest I had wasted a good amount of money I'd saved up from France, one was in an agreement which was due to turn into D-reg Sterling which never happened. I'm coming to the conclusion that Rover 800s and I have had our time. The ones I have aren't getting any better and I was keeping them for silly reasons.

Hmmmm. If you still have motors, your investment is still there. Some of your older rovers are surely due to tip over into the classic money soon? Its only wasted if you havent anything to show for it,you have a few chunks of money sat on 4 wheels. Could be worse and you could have spent it all on cocaine and hookers?????

In my defence I was VERY pissed, I was dancing like a flid in the Bacardi tent, all legs and arms, when i sort of lashed my arms out and punched someone, when i focused on who it was i saw James Corden standing there looking pissed off with me whilst rubbing his arm, I just apologised and carried on with my funky dancing.

Your only crime there was apologising.

Maybe OBE stands for Odious Baboon Eater or something.

And a happy new year from Norfolk Constabulary who very kindly sent me a NIP for 35 in a 30 caught by a notorious camera on Dereham Road in Norwich.  It's particularly annoying because I'm very careful with speed, especially in a built-up area.  Hopefully they'll offer me the course and I'll get to suffer a day of being patronised, surrounded by numpties.

Having never had a speeding ticket in my life, that's two this year - the other being in Ze Österreich where they pedantically did me for 112 in a 100 zone or thereabouts - at least there they have a sensible system of fixed penalty, no points or prosecution, for minor offences.

Tony Blair again.

He voiced concerns over the Labour Party at the general election, then backtracked, stating that he believed they would triumph. He is apparently concerned that they are too left and not middle ground enough. He is worried, bless him, that they are not on the side of business.

Nobody cares what you think you prick, your policies stuffed the very people who entrusted you to look after them, you sold out so that your mates in the city could have even more champagne.

Do us all a favour and fuck off somewhere very remote.

99p shop de-icer. It's 99p for a reason, that reason being it only managed to clear about 5/6ths of a Corsa's windows before running out.

Verdict: Co-op £2.50 job better value.

But is it 2 1/2 times better????

Don't use deicer myself I hate the stuff, I'd rather take time to scrape my car window's

I punched him once at the V festival.

Seems reasonable.

You did it by accident? Shame.

Isn't he off to America now anyhow to replace Craig Ferguson on the Late show or something.

I have never heard of Craig Ferguson but when I was reading about it, it was bugging me who this Craig Ferguson guy was as I swore that I knew him from somewhere. Turns out he was Confidence in Red Dwarf.

Warm water , used it for years to clear screens.

Never cracked a screen despite what everyone says .

As long as its warm and I always pour on the roof and let it run down over the screen I see no problem with it.

Before you lot all say its never cold in cornwall ,we used this method when we lived in Aberdeen too.

As a bonus it warms the glass and makes it less likely to steam up .

I used warm water until I cracked the screen of my company Transit. Never again.

What?! He's a mediocre comedian, so it must be for services to something else? How did he get an OBE? He should be made to give it back!

Just like Poundland primer, I covered an entire sill (1m x 20cm) and there was nothing left.

Craig Ferguson to me is "Bing Hitler". An occasionally funny nutter from Cumbernauld.  It's only in the last few weeks I discovered he was now a Jay Leno style chat show host in the U.S. and really quite famous.

I used slightly warm water 8AM yesterday morning (as the windscreen is cracked anyway so nothing to lose) and it froze over right away.  Minus 4 degrees. Had to scrape the new ice off.

I think he was a stand up comedian in the 80's.
