I should be grateful. I've got a roof over my head that hasn't been clad by a neglectful landlord, there's food in my fridge and my friends and family are safe and sound.

To be 'fair'

They are so busy they don't have time to answer the phone.

They haven't done it.

They don't need your money yet as they are charging the people whose work they have actually done (late).

I was a scumbag parasite of a contractor for quite a while but I never found a decent hotel or first class rail travel at all hard to justify

Comes right off your bottom line though regardless of the tax saving - I want to invest the excess left in my company at the end of each year in property and an extra £10-15k a year goes a long way!
